During today’s visit to province and city of Bursa, Ambassador Spasojević has met the governor and the deputy major Sahabetin Harput and Atila Ödünç, as well as the president of the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Bursa Ҫelal Sonmez and the prominent members of the board of directors of the Chamber.

During the meeting with the representatives of the local authorities, Ambassador was introduced to the economical as well as cultural characteristics of Bursa, which represents one of the most developed prefectures in Turkey. During the talks, both sides have recognized an interest for developing further cooperation with the cities and districts in Serbia.

In a conversation with the presidents of the Chamber of Commerce, Ambassador Spasojević informed his interlocutors about the economic and investment potential of Serbia, and has initiated cooperation with the tradesman and industrialist of the province of Bursa, within the goal of further development of an overall economic cooperation between Serbia and Turkey.
