Visiting the Mediterranean province and city of Antalya Ambassador Vučetić had meetings with the Governor of Antalya, Mr Turan Eren, the Mayor of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Menderes Turel and the President of Antalya Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Cetin Budak. During this visit Ambassador Vučetić also met with Serbian people living in Antalya.

In the meeting with the Governor and the local government officials, Ambassador became acquainted with tourist and economic potentials as well as cultural characteristics of one of the most developed provinces in Turkey, which is also a center of Mediterranean tourism The common interest of the two sides is to establish closer cooperation with cities and counties in the Republic of Serbia.

During a meeting with the representatives of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce, Ambassador Vučetić presented the economic and investment potentials of Serbia and he initiated a cooperation with the businessmen and manufacturers from Antaya in order to improve the overall economic relations between Serbia and Turkey.

During the visit, Ambassador was accompanied by Ms Dragana Blagojević, Third Secretary of the Serbian Embassy in Ankara.
